Our Faith, Straight Up.

What We Believe

We believe in one real and living God

— not made up, not optional — the one true God who always was, always is, and always will be. He exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, three persons, one power, one glory. He made everything, sustains everything, and rules everything. Nothing is outside His reach.

We believe the Bible isn’t just another book. It’s God’s Word

— fully inspired, fully true, without error in the original text. It’s the ultimate authority on what we believe and how we live.

We believe in God the Father

— infinite, holy, wise, powerful, and loving. He isn’t distant; He steps into human mess, listens when we pray, and saves anyone who comes to Him through Jesus Christ.

We believe in Jesus Christ

— the one and only Son of God. Born of a virgin by the Holy Spirit, He lived without sin, taught with authority, worked miracles, died in our place, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and now stands as our advocate until the day He comes back to set things right once and for all.

We believe in the Holy Spirit

— sent by the Father and Son — who exposes sin, brings new life, makes us holy, and gives power to live and serve. He lives inside every believer as constant Helper, Teacher, and Guide.

We believe every human being is broken and guilty by nature and by choice.

We’re under judgment — and we can’t fix ourselves. But through the Spirit, God gives new life to anyone who repents and confesses Jesus as Lord.
We believe Jesus Christ fills and empowers believers with the Holy Spirit, fueling us for a life of service and mission.

We believe in the Church — not a building, but a living body. Jesus is the Head, and His people are the members. Every born-again believer belongs.

We believe Jesus gave His Church two commands:
Baptism in water — a public declaration of new life.
The Lord’s Supper — a shared meal of remembrance.

Both are open to every true follower of Christ.

We stand with the Apostles’ Creed

— the ancient, tested summary of the core truths of Christianity.

“I believe in God the Father Almighty — Creator of heaven and earth, the One who holds it all together.

I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord — conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, killed, and buried.

He went into the grave.

On the third day, He rose again.

He ascended into heaven and now sits at the right hand of the Father.

He will return — visible, undeniable — to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit — God alive and active in us.

I believe in the worldwide Body of Christ, the communion of the saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life that never ends.”

Amen.
